Shipping policy

1. Shipping in Lebanon
  • Processing Time: Most of our orders are shipped 24-48 hours from purchase pending availability. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive it within 1-5 business days of its ship date. We carefully inspect all items before delivery to ensure their quality and security. All items are carefully packed in bubble wrap to protect them during transit. 
  • Shipping Fee: For orders within Lebanon, a flat shipping fee of $4 will be applied. This fee will be facilitated through our delivery partner, Wakilni, for a smooth and hassle-free process.
  • Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 business days after it has been shipped. However, please note that delivery times may be subject to delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
  • Same-Day Delivery in Beirut: We are pleased to offer same-day delivery service within Beirut. Orders placed before 4 pm will be eligible for same-day delivery, subject to stock availability and our delivery schedule.

2. International Orders

We are currently working on international deliveries. In the meantime, if you are located outside of Lebanon and would like to place an order with us, please contact our team via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram messages for further assistance. We will be happy to assist you with the necessary arrangements. For international deliveries, we accept payments through Western Union transfers. Once we receive your payment, your order will be dispatched using either Aramex or DHL Express, depending on your preference and availability in your area.


3. Additional Information:

  • We are not responsible for any delay in delivery that may result from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions.
  • In case of damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria (kindly check our Refund Policy).
