  3. Review and verification: Our team will review the provided details and verify the damage. We may request additional information or evidence if necessary.

  4. Exchange process: If your claim is approved, we will coordinate with the delivery company to arrange a pickup of the damaged item. Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will only offer an exchange with the same item. Please note that the availability of the exact replacement may vary, in which case we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

    We carefully inspect all items before delivery to ensure their quality and security. All items are carefully packed in bubble wrap to protect them during transit. Please bear in mind that this exchange policy only applies to damaged goods, wrong colors or missing items.
