If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within  3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location:

We offer same day delivery in Beirut for orders placed before 4 pm. For other areas from 3 to 5 business days. 

Do you offer customization? 

At the moment, we do not offer customization, but we’re working on adding this feature soon!
